I have been training with Pam for a couple of years now and I can't find a local trainer who's better. I started attending classes with my older Welsh Springer Spaniel, Pam's knowledge and people skills along side her connection with the dogs makes for a great trainer. In fact I enjoyed the training so much, I took Pam's "train the trainer" classes where she passed on her experience so I could train puppy classes myself, which has encourage me to further study in the field.
I now attend her classes with my puppy Welshie who is a handful compared to my other dogs, Pam's very patient and encouraging and you can't help but leave her classes with a smile on your face, I'm sure the dogs are all smiling too. Sue

What can I say Pam is a one in a million you will never find another dog trainer like her. I have a young Border Collie which I have had a few issues with but since taken him to Pam's obediance classes she has pointed me in the right direction with him also the support I get from Pam is Unbelievable she has always got time for you night and day. Buddy has come a long way without Pam I don't think I could of achieved it.I also take Buddy to Pam's agility classes which he enjoys he is showing potential in this dog sport my goal is to compete with him one day I have to get better at the handling side of it though but Pam is always there to give advice and most of all she helps me boost my confidence.Pam i would like to thank you so much. I would recommend anybody with a problem dog to go to Pam. I searched high and low (and some people charge the earth!) and Poppy was not wanted due to behaviour. Pam said "I haven't got a problem with her" and she has proved it right because Poppy is brilliant in her training and gets the much needed interaction with other dogs. Any altercations Pam just deals with them in a practical way and on we go with the class - no problem! Julie

Ted and I have been going to Pam's agility classes for over a year, just for fun. Ted has always been a play junkie, both people and dogs, but he has learned to focus and not to run off when he feels like it. Pam is always patient and kind and I'm not made to feel silly when I have difficulty with my coordination! Although the venue can be chilly at times we're always given a warm welcome. Ann

We didn't quite know what had hit us when Herbie came
to live with us - we thought we were getting another gentle sweet natured
lurcher - instead we found ourselves with a hyper-very intelligent largely
border collie doing a lurcher lookalike impersonation! Pam was fantastic and
helped us to break his car chasing habit, taught us how to get him to respond to
us and has given all of us the motivation to give Herbie a second chance in
life! Carol

Well, after each lesson with Pam I am never quite sure who was
more exhausted - Me, or my dog! She is just fantastic! Her knowledge and
understanding of dogs is just mind-boggling. The confidence she has given me
has helped hugely with our Teggs. He is a very happy, content addition to our
family and that is very much down to Pam, and the skills she has passed on. I
wouldn't want to be without her! Bethan

Teaching your dog and sticking to it is a tricky process, especially when you don’t see process right away, but with the help and advice we got from Pam we managed to control our dogs behaviour which at first seemed a hard to achieve. Julie

I met Pam through another dog training instructor and was impressed with her knowledge and training techniques and I have not only taken puppy and intermediate/advanced obedience classes with her but I have also been fortunate to have some 1-2-1 sessions to help with some issues that one of my dogs has. Pam's encouragement, feedback and help has ensured that I understand my dogs and ensure that they enjoy their lives living in my home. Her enthusiam and kind reward based training has inspired me and I hope that one day I too will be able to offer the sort of training that she provides. I can honestly say that Benji, Jerry and myself love to go to classes, and I will be continuing as long as their are classes! Thanks Pam. Alison

I have known Pam for a while now, i look upon her as a god send. I have been too a couple of (6 weeks) dog training courses when he was a puppy, but found i learnt more in the one hour i spent with Pam, than i ever did with the previous courses put together. Pam is an amazing lady who knows how dogs work, she genuinely cares about the dog and its owner. She is easy to talk to and very approachable. She has a heart of gold and nothing is too much trouble. She has helped me considerably with the behaviour of my dog, pin pointing the trigger points & signs before the bad behaviour starts, which is easy to eliminate if you know the problem. She always gives good sound advise in lay-mans terms, understands the dogs behaviour. Thank you so much Pam, Dawn & Family x

When Sandy came to live with us (her 3rd home at 11 months!) we decided she finally deserved a family who was prepared to give her the love & guidance she desperately needed. Now almost 8 weeks into our course with Pam our friends cannot believe Sandy is the same dog! In such a short space of time, with Pam's expert training sessions, we have achieved a dog to be proud of! Now we are all confident owners (including our 7 year old son) having been taught the most valuable things to ensure Sandy is a well behaved member of our family. Being new dog owners we have called Pam and she has never failed to give her expert advice on a number of occasions - she comes highly recommended, its the best thing we could have done..... even Sandy agrees!!
