1 to 1 Training Sessions
Overview
We offer a range of 1-to-1 training sessions for owners and their dogs at which we can discuss your specific training needs and implement the appropriate training plan to meet them.
Who are 1 to 1 sessions For
For owners and dogs who have specific training needs that cannot be fulfilled through mainstream training classes.
These needs could include:
Specific training Issues, e.g. Recall or pulling on a lead
A preference for 1-to-1, focused training
The assessment & addressing of training issues affecting the dog-owner relationship.
The Venue
Sessions can take place at my home (Codicote, SG4), our training venue in Offley, or at your home.
Behaviour home visit Format
From experience, the needs & requirements of each case are different. I will discuss your particular situation with you and then agree an initial 1-to-1 session.
You will receive:
An initial training session of at least an hour, with discussion on how resolve your problem/s and advice on the way to move forward.
A tailor-made report detailing the findings of our initial assessment and a training plan for you to follow

Ongoing support & guidance as required
The price of the initial 1-to-1 session and any follow-up work is based on your individual needs and requirements – suffice to say, I always look to ensure you receive real value for money.
Training 121 format
As your first session will include discussion and assessment of your dog, as well as a training, this session will usually last an hour and cost £40. Ongoing sessions are usually for half an hour and cost £20 per half hour.
You will also receive any written notes you need to help you continue your training at home, and any ongoing support and guidance you need.
